Attractions

Fauna Australia Wildlife Retreat is located in the Heart of the major attractions along the Great Ocean Road.  The world famous Twelve Apostles are only a stones throw away.  Other attractions include the Cape Otway Lighthouse, the oldest lighthouse on mainland Australia built in 1848 and the  Otway Fly Treetop Walk.

Waterfalls and Rainforest Walks scatter the region with Maits Rest and Triplet Falls being high up the itinerary.  Visit Melba Gully during the day to see the Big Tree (300+ years old), or return at night to see the Glowworms

The Great Ocean Walk is increasing in popularity if you are keen for some physical activity,  those that aren't, maybe a horse ride.

Other activities include helicopter or plane tours, fishing or a stroll on the beach.  The towns of the area also have several places of interest.
