Booking Conditions

All bookings are subject to the acceptance of the booking conditions and cancellation policy.

All Accommodation is NON-SMOKING

  1. The front door is to be kept closed and locked at all times (not ajar even when un-packing car).

  2. The facilities and wildlife are for guests only.

  3. The door code is not to be shared with non paying guests.

  4. We are a non-smoking facility.  If smoking outside all rubbish is to be picked up.

  5. No excessive drinking.

  6. Areas marked Private, Staff Only, No Entry or roped off areas are off limits.

  7. The animals are a special added bonus to the accommodation and staying with us does not entitle you special rights to the animals.  We do different things with the animals at different times and days.

  8. Anyone caught harassing, hurting or tormenting the wildlife will be asked to leave without refund. 

  9. All children are to be supervised by an accompanying adult or responsible person. 

  10. We endeavor to give guests an up-close personal experience and it is very important that you follow any directions given.  Failure to do so terminates the experience.

  11. The wildlife have claws, teeth and have very unpredictable movements so they can bite, scratch or knock you over.  If you choose to interact, touch or feed the wildlife you do so at your own risk.

  12. During the Koala Experience the Koalas are not to be disturbed by noises, branch movements or any other distractions at any time.  All instructions are to be followed.

  13. It is a shared facility and all other guests will be respected.

  14. We do not accept payment through third parties.

  15. Sometimes human error occurs in relation to bookings.  Every effort will be made to rectify the problem.

  16. We live in an area where power outages occur, these are beyond our control.  Every effort is made to make your stay as comfortable as possible.  

  17. Equipment failures occur without warning.  Every effort will be made to rectify the problem.

  18. If any problems occur you will let us know as soon as they happen, so they can be rectified.

  19. We have the right to change booking conditions/ tariffs at any time.  Please check site for up to date information.

  20. If I break any of the conditions, I understand that I may be asked to leave with no refund

Check in is 4pm - Check out is 10am

50% of the full amount is required on booking and the remaining 50% due 7 days prior to arrival.  1 night stays require the full booking amount 100%.

100% of the full amount is required for Christmas and Easter Bookings

Tentative bookings will be held for 5 days without confirmation deposit.

A $50.00 Cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
No refund on early departures, days booked on invoice are days paid for.
All tariffs are subject to change.

Cancellation policy
Standard industry cancellation fees apply to all bookings above 1 night: 21-60 days prior to booking date - 50% of deposit.
Up to 21 days prior to booking date - 100% deposit.
Up to 7 days prior and after arrival - 100% of total price.

1 night stays forgo the full deposit on cancellation.  In extenuating circumstance, a credit may be offered to change the date of arrival.

As many bookings are made well in advance, the days you book are held/provided for you.  In many instances we have people wishing to book the same days.  These people miss out and find accommodation elsewhere.  If you choose to cancel a booking every effort will be made to rebook the room, but this may be unsuccessful.  Please refer to our cancellation policy.
